1. Introduction

CEO Masters Mauritius is an exclusive invitational golf networking event organised by CEO Masters Ltd in partnership with international CEO Masters affiliates and partners.

The event is designed for C-suite executives, business owners, senior management professionals, entrepreneurs, and influential leaders from the business, media, sporting, academic, and arts sectors.

Participation in the event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by all players, guests, sponsors, partners, invitees, and attendees.

2. Event Format

CEO Masters Mauritius is primarily a business networking and hospitality platform built around golf.

• Corporate networking
• Gala dinners
• Sponsor activations
• Hospitality experiences
• Media coverage
• International qualification pathways

Tournament formats may include Betterball, Scramble, Stableford, Stroke Play, Team or Individual formats. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the format at any time.

3. Invitation & Eligibility

CEO Masters Mauritius is an invitational event only. Participation is subject to approval by the Organisers and/or the Master Franchiser.

• Business owners
• Entrepreneurs
• Companies employing significant workforce numbers
• High-net-worth individuals
• Influential persons within business, media, arts, academia, or sports

The Organisers reserve the absolute right to approve or decline participants, withdraw invitations, refuse registrations, or remove participants from the event at their sole discretion.

4. Dubai Finals Qualification

Qualification for the CEO Masters Dubai Finals or any international final is subject to separate approval and vetting by the Master Franchiser and international organisers.

Participation in the Mauritius event does not automatically guarantee qualification or acceptance into international finals.

Final decisions remain solely with the international organisers and franchiser.

Previous Winners Restriction

Any player who has qualified for and participated in a CEO Masters Dubai Finals event shall be ineligible to qualify for, participate in, or receive a Dubai Finals qualification package for the subsequent three (3) consecutive years following their year of participation.

This restriction is intended to promote wider participation opportunities across the CEO Masters network and shall apply unless otherwise approved in writing by the Master Franchiser.

5. Registration & Payment

All registrations are subject to confirmation by the Organisers. Payments must be made within the deadlines communicated by the Organisers.

• Cancellation of participation
• Release of reserved places
• Withdrawal of sponsorship rights
• Removal from event communications

The Organisers reserve the right to revise pricing, participation packages, sponsorship rates, and hospitality fees at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sponsorship payments, event participation fees, deposits, and hospitality bookings are non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, the Organisers may, at their sole discretion, transfer participation to another approved guest, transfer participation to another event, or provide partial credits. No cash refunds are guaranteed.

7. Sponsorship Terms

Sponsors acknowledge that sponsorship categories may carry industry exclusivity and that the Organisers reserve the right to refuse competing sponsors within the same sector.

Sponsorship benefits are subject to final event logistics and availability. Branding placement locations may vary depending on operational requirements.

• Providing artwork and branding materials on time
• Ensuring promotional materials comply with applicable laws
• Supplying agreed sponsor prizes or activations where applicable

Failure to provide sponsorship assets within required timelines may result in reduced visibility without compensation.

8. Corporate Tables & Hospitality

Corporate participation packages may be released separately from sponsorship packages and may include tournament participation, gala dinner access, hospitality access, and networking privileges.

Corporate tables and hospitality packages do not automatically include branding rights, commercial visibility, media exposure, or sponsor recognition.

The Organisers reserve the right to limit allocations.

9. Pairings & Tournament Structure

Pairings may be random, organiser-assigned, handicap-based, or networking-focused.

Participants acknowledge that pairings cannot always be changed, requests may not be accommodated, and the networking aspect of the event forms part of the concept.

The Organisers reserve the right to amend tee sheets, pairings, divisions, handicap categories, starting formats, and rules of play.

10. Rules of Golf

All golf activities shall be governed by The R&A Rules of Golf, local course rules, tournament committee rulings, and event-specific regulations.

The Tournament Committee’s decision on all matters shall be final.

11. Code of Conduct

All participants, sponsors, guests, and attendees must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

• Abusive behaviour
• Harassment
• Excessive intoxication
• Dangerous conduct
• Disruptive behaviour
• Damage to property
• Misconduct towards staff, sponsors, or guests

Any of the above may result in immediate removal without refund. The Organisers reserve the right to ban future participation.

12. Media, Photography & Content Rights

Participants grant the Organisers the unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, broadcast, publish, and use participant names, likenesses, company names, and images.

This includes use across social media, television, livestreams, press releases, marketing campaigns, websites, and sponsor promotions. No compensation shall be payable for such use.

13. Data Protection & Networking

Participants acknowledge that event participation may involve networking interactions between attendees, sponsors, and partners.

The Organisers may share attendee information with approved sponsors, official partners, and event stakeholders for legitimate networking and event-related purposes.

Participants may request removal from marketing communications at any time.

14. Liability Waiver

Participation in golf tournaments and related activities involves inherent risks.

• Golf play
• Golf carts
• Physical activity
• Weather conditions
• Travel
• Hospitality venues
• Sponsor activations
• Third-party services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organisers, sponsors, affiliates, venues, staff, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for injury, loss, theft, damage, delays, accidents, cancellation costs, or business losses.

Participation is entirely at the attendee’s own risk.

15. Force Majeure

The Organisers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Political instability
• Venue closure
• Technical failures
• Civil unrest
• Travel disruptions

The Organisers reserve the right to postpone events, change venues, modify schedules, and adjust participation packages. No compensation shall automatically apply.

16. Intellectual Property

All event branding, logos, content, graphics, videos, and materials remain the intellectual property of CEO Masters Ltd and its affiliates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Mauritius.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Mauritius.
